Question: In the first part of the assignment, you developed a creative brief for a new promotional campaign for the BC Lions. In the second part of the assignment, you will develop a visual Customer Journey Map for the primary target market that you identified in the creative brief assignment. The Customer Journey Map will provide a structured visualization of your target market's experience with the process of purchasing tickets to a BC Lions game. Touchpoints will be identified where users interact with the product to construct a "journey." The journey will be constructed as a story, which details each step and the accompanying emotions. You will then provide recommendations to the organization based off your learnings from the Customer Journey Map. Both extensive primary and secondary research will need to be performed to construct the Customer Journey Map.
