Human Resources Issue- Challenges with ADDIE

Human resource managers often work in conjunction with employee training specialists to identify and develop training programs for the organization. A needs assessment is often used to identify lacking knowledge and skills, as well as strategies to close information gaps. A successful training framework is the ADDIE model, which includes five stages: analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate.

Describe each of the five stages of the ADDIE model and comment on which phase you believe is the most challenging and why.
