Custom Coach produces 20 seat passenger shuttle buses for the limousine and hotel industry. Custom has succeeded through excellence in design, careful attention to quality in manufacturing, good customer service, and continuous product innovation. The manufacturing process begins with a close consultation with each customer so that the finished shuttle exactly meets the customer's specifications. This commonly means unique designs and special finishes and materials. Custom's design staff work closely with customers to come up with exacting specific shuttle designs.

• Anticipating a growth in the demand for specialized shuttle buses, Custom has expanded its operations to include one new manufacturing plant and is refitting some of the older plants with newer more efficient equipment. The installation of the new equipment has caused some delays in filling some customer orders and Custom has had to shift production between plants. The result has been a temporary increase in some processing and transportation costs and delays in meeting customer order deadlines.
