Imagine you are a new employee in a human resource (HR) department. Your first assignment is to develop a stress management seminar for the company's employees. Determine the topics that should be covered in the seminar. Explain how you determined or selected the topics. Share any sources you may have consulted.

• Management likes your suggested topics for the stress management seminar. However, due to additional, high-priority assignments coming up for your unit soon, management decides to contract out for the creation and implementation of the stress seminar using the topics you have determined. It is SOP for Training & Development Division to provide technical criteria to the Procurement Department to assist in contractor selection for a T&D program. Develop a set of selection criteria for T&D to share with Procurement Dept. Show any sources you may have consulted.
