Emily is running a small business selling cosmetics. After analyzing the financial results, she has discovered that the company's revenues and, therefore, profits have decreased significantly. Emily has noticed that the majority of her employees look unhappy and do not even try to put in the effort to perform better. The HR manager conducts a survey at Emily's request and provides the following results:

1) 80% are unsatisfied with management's recognition of employee's job performance;
2) 78% are unsatisfied with the career advancement opportunities;
3) 75% are unsatisfied with employee and management communication;
4) 68% are unsatisfied with their salary;
5) 66% are unsatisfied with trust between employees and senior management.
