You have been hired as an I/O Psychologist by a mid size sales company who is experiencing internal conflict and little to no motivation being displayed by organizational employees. As the I/O Psychologist hired to turn things around, develop a strategy that helps the company stop these issues from continuing. Your strategy must include ways to increase motivation and reduce conflict. Be sure to identify at least two applicable theories on personality and motivation from this week's readings.
