Assignment:
My project is I will be utilizing the HEaRT challenges as a practice experience for my MPH program, and my role as well as my task will be to formulate a dress code policy (Retirement facility) to implement a marketing plan (teletherapy), to create a plan dealing with violence against healthcare workers both in written and oral communication, and finally I will implement a Medicare Advantage Plan via PowerPoint presentation.
Develop a marketing plan/strategy for increasing mental health awareness and advocacy focusing on budget-friendly media (I will use Quintessential Health is a tele-therapy.
For my project, I will use only secondary data sources (i.e., data that has already been collected by the organization and/or is publicly available).
1. Reflect on your experience at your practical experience to date and consider your accomplishments, things that may have surprised you, concerns that you have, and/or your biggest takeaways.
2. Reflect on barriers that you are worried you might face in completing your project. (Consider barriers such as a limited amount of time to work on the project, lack of funding or other resources, limited results or results that may take time to be established, lack of data, unclear project goals, and the inability to engage stakeholders and create buy-in for the project.) Consider talking to your preceptor or colleagues at your practical experience site to gain additional insight about the barriers they have faced at the organization. Reflect on how you might use this knowledge to:

- Reflect on how you might plan for these challenges in the future in your public health career
