Problem Statement RMPS has recently experienced high staff turnover and is looking to improve its competitive position not only as a preferred choice for skilled psychologists and mental health therapists but also for clients who are drawn to a breath of services offered at the clinic.

Approach: Your project is to develop a strategy for attracting, retaining and developing professional staff as well as making the company a preferred choice for their target market using Strategy Choice Cascades Framework.

The following is a guideline for your final project paper which will be no more than 12 pages (excluding appendices and references):

Introduction and Problem Statement:

• Briefly introduce the company and the issue you are addressing in the paper

• Briefly introduce the Strategy Choice Cascades framework

Company's Winning Aspiration for Serving Busy Professionals at premium pricing:

• Develop an impactful vision and mission statement that the employees can feel good about and potential clients can be attracted to

• Research the Professional staff base (how many qualified candidates are available, looking for opportunities, expected salary range and benefits, etc.)

• Use concepts from Business and Corporate Level Strategies sections to develop a winning Company's Capabilities the teachings including competitive strategy for winning in the marketplace

• Identify areas of the value chain that need to be re company capable of winning in the marketplace inforced or that are positioned to make the (for recruiting, retaining and developing employees as well as drawing clients to the clinic)
