Anderson University has financial challenges and declining enrollment currently affecting it's business model. High priced consultants have been retained to help develop a plan of action. Your task is to perform a Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats (SWOT) analysis from your perspective on the Anderson University, Falls School of Business. Please show your work on the model for grading.

Secondly, develop a strategic plan with short (1-2 years) and long term (3-5 years) objectives, goals and action plans for improving the current situation at the university linked to the SWOT analysis.
