STEP 1: Review the scenario from Assignment 1:
Scenario: Your organization recently shifted to remote work. Since that time, you have heard complaints from a few co-workers concerning the lack of collaboration tools and difficulty effectively collaborating in a remote environment. You also know that your supervisor has recently received a number of complaints concerning the company's online collaboration tools. Because of these complaints, your supervisor is in search of technology that can be used to effectively facilitate remote collaboration.
Your co-worker recently left you a voicemail message expressing extreme frustration with the lack of collaboration tools and has asked if there is something that can be done to help the organization select and implement a collaboration tool. As part of the task force researching collaboration tools, you have been asked to present on one collaborative tool - providing context on the tool and the advantages of adopting the tool. Your goal is to convince the leadership team to adopt the collaborative tool for use throughout the organization.
STEP 2: Select a collaborative tool that you have used or learned about (this can be the same tool you researched in the discussion in Week 5).
Here is the week 5 discussion (In case of a remote working solution, my choice is communication (zoom, webex, teams) because nowadays in times of pandemic when everyone is at home, it is the best way to connect with everyone and at same time. I generally use webex for my organization work as it allows messaging, meetings, callings as well as events in cloud for teams (any size). Webex gives freedom to choose any device for events, polling, messaging, meetings and calling. Though I have already used zoom and team also, but I feel more comfortable with webex. The two pros of using webex for remote working are: 1. it converts the shared screen as the virtual background. 2. Develop bots and add it to your own space. The cons are: more adjustments for slow internet. 2. Call me/dial in features are available for limited country code phone numbers. Though I am highly satisfied with webex but it could be better (Pst, 2020).
STEP 3: Download the Speech Outline Template
STEP 4: Create an outline in Microsoft Word using the Speech Outline Template.
Develop a specific purpose, central idea, and several main points so you'll stay within the 4-minute time limit.
You must use at least two quality sources.
Note - Need 600 words paper (it is an outline and it should not include complete paragraphs, entire speech, or an essay) + title page + references with in-text citations.
