Develop a script between a therapist and a client. The client has been diagnosed with alcoholism and schizophrenia.

The client believes he was controlled by "the system." and disliked doctors intensely. The progression of his illness had been haled, however, and he had not been hospitalized since his admission to the program. There was little evidence that he was being rehabilitated, however. His hygiene was unimaginably poor, he was not employed, and he had few if any personal relationships. And he was not interested in working with anyone on any issue for any period of time.
