A wedding in downtown Chicago for 250+ guests on a budget of $30,000.

A charity event in Kansas City, MO for 500+ guests on a budget of $20,000.

A political fundraiser in Washington DC for 100+ guests on a budget of $18,000.

Your Tasks include:

Your point of contact for your event would like all of the possible costs identified. Together with your team, outline these costs.

Use Microsoft Excel to develop a budget for your project. As the project progresses, you will be expected to keep your budget up to date and current. Keep this in mind when developing your format.

Develop a responsibility matrix for your team. It should list what the team member is responsible for as it relates to your event. For instance, if your team chooses the wedding, an example would be Student A - Flowers, Music, and Transportation. Use Figure 4.7 in your book as a guide.
