Resources Implementation Plan:

Question 1: Develop a resource implementation plan for this recommendation
a) Resources selection Before you commence developing your implementation plan, based on the selected recommended strategy, select and plan for the resources you will need to implement the strategy. Review all the listed resources and select the most appropriate resources that will be required to successfully implement the strategy.

Question 2: b) Resource Action plan
For the selected strategy identify:
i) The actions required to be taken to implement the strategy
ii) What the resource is that will be required for the action
iii) What the quantity/quality of the resource will be.
iv) When it will be required
v) Who will be responsible for acquiring the resource (consider the policies, procedures and organisational chart)

Question 3: c) Strategy Recommendation Communication
Draft and send an email to the relevant team (trainer) advising them of
i. The purpose of the resource implementation plan and how it will ensure the successful implementation of the strategy.
ii. How the resources identified will support the implementation of the recommendations
iii. Identify at least 2(two) additional support plans that will be provided to ensure the successful implementation of the recommendations
iv. Allocate the specific actions to the relevant identified people in your plan
