Your company's leadership team has decided to launch an Employee Wellness Program and would like to develop a Resilience Training component as part of this new initiative. As a current manager, you recognize the need for this type of training. You see this opportunity as a positive approach in providing much-needed support to employees. Since this program will be launched next quarter there is much to do.

Your leadership trainer has the most current data from a recent employee survey disclosing a large percentage of employees reporting high levels of stress. You have been asked to explore resilience and how resilience training can benefit the company. This week you must provide your report which will need to detail stress factors, consequences of stress, and how a resilience training program can be used as an approach to stress management.
