Question: Develop a research proposal that is scientifically sound and practically feasible to address your proposed research question(s). Use at least one research method discussed in class to design your research proposal. The research proposal will be very similar to a standard academic journal article or professional program evaluation report.

The first step is to identify your research question. Your research question MUST be quantitative, meaning that it addresses a relationship between an independent variable (IDV) and a dependent variable (DV).

Further, your research question MUST address an issue related to a public organization (e.g., governments, nonprofits, public universities, public hospitals, school districts, or special districts).

In words, clearly state your research question and explain why it is significant to study.
