AYMA SERVICES is a consultancy organisation who areproviding leadership and management development services. The company specialises in the following areas:

AYMA SERVICES also has a Board consisting of the CEO and General Manager, as well as two Executive Directors who arecompany shareholders.

This organisation recently developed a Strategic Planto guide the organisation overthe next threeyears. One of the key objectives of the Strategic Plan is for AYMA SERVICES to become established as a learning organisation.

You are the newly appointed General Manager and the CEO has given you the task of developing, implementing and monitoring an organisational learning strategy for AYMA SERVICES, as the first step towardsestablishing AYMA SERVICES a learning organisation.
