Assignment:

1. Do some research with your team members and look for a company who has just implemented a project within the past 3 years in North America. It has to be in technology, healthcare, automotive or in energy.

2. Based on your research, and using the Project Management Book of Knowledge as a guide, develop a Quality Management Plan using any inputs you wish.

3. Before you proceed with the project, you must submit a project proposal to the discussion board, one-half of a page indicating why the company would be a good company to use to develop a Quality Management Plan.

4. Please submit your proposal through the Discussion Board and once it is marked 100% you can proceed to the main part of the assignment. If it is not 100% that mean your project proposal has not been approved yet.
