Description - For this group assessment you will form a group of 3 or 4 students. You will be required to develop a proposal on the project that is structured to allow for the successful achievement of both the goals and those of the industry organisation keeping in mind both the ethics and sustainability issues within the available hours of the project. In consultation with lecturer/tutor, you must develop and submit a written proposal in report format (3500 words) outlining the responsibilities, expectations and evaluation mechanisms associated with the project.
This project proposal must contain:
A description of the artefact to be developed;
Scope and rationale for the project; description of organisational context and organisational need;
Project plan, schedule and milestones including product backlog, and sprint plan if appropriate; evaluation of change management issues;
Short review of academic literature relevant to the project if appropriate;
A copy of the group charter in an appendix that should include the names, roles and contact details of all the group members in addition to details of arrangements for meetings, working, communication, leadership and accountability and other considerations.
Group marks may be adjusted into individual marks using peer assessment tool such as SPARK software.

Project Report and Presentation -
For this assessment, you are required to prepare and deliver in-class presentations for 15-20 minutes on your project. This assessment item consists of two parts, one is group presentation that is individually assessed and project deliverables including a prototype and final report used to assess group performance. Project deliverables, outlined in the Project Proposal, along with final report form the written portion of the submission assessed for quality, appropriateness and completeness with relation to the discipline of ICT.
You are required to present your project findings, project management techniques, skills, methods and tools, lessons learned and your application to future projects, and provide evidence-based business report on how the needs of various stakeholders are incorporated in the project at different sprints using the scrum framework.
The project report (3500 words) must contain project analysis and system design including
