You successfully navigated your role as senior manager. After deliberation by the board, you have been elected and appointed to the position of Vice-President of Operations.

As Vice-President of Operations, you realize the significance of decision-making efficiency and how it leads to stronger organizations with better output. Helping others gain the skills needed to make effective organizational decisions can be a challenge.
