Based on the material you have learned this semester, now it YOUR turn to put together a competency-based training. You may use materials developed throughout the semester. You will select two skills to teach and complete a competency training using Appendices A and B as from Chapter 5 in LeBlanc, Sellers, &Ala'i as templates. Your training procedure should include all the components of BST.

Develop a PowerPoint presentation discussing the each of the different components of your competency-based training (e.g., setting, participants, method/procedure including all of the materials that you developed for the training, how you will approach each component of BST, etc.). Hypothetical results and a discussion section are NOT required.
