E. Clinical features of the disease or disorder

1. History of the patient's problems
2. Physical findings
3. Psychiatric findings (Using DSM5-TR diagnosis only.)

F. Recommendations

1. Treatment recommendations according to the US clinical guidelines.
2. Patient education for management and anticipatory guidance.
3. Non-pharmaceutical, cultural, and spiritual considerations must be addressed.
