The value proposition of Applicare AI is to provide accurate predictions to chronically ill people preventing them from having dangerous complications derived from diabetes or cardiovascular illnesses. The company's value proposition is customer focus; however, it is essential to develop a powerful motivation for the potential collaborative partners (Amit & Zott, 2020). This value proposition can have several ways to create value for other stakeholders, such as doctors, hospitals / extended care providers, medical device manufacturers, the provincial government, and, of course, the patients.

In my opinion, the most important linkages will be the hospitals and extended care centers. As we discussed in class, nurses run and manage hospitals. Suppose they buy the idea of better monitoring and healthcare for the patients, with an alternative to do it remotely, releasing human resources to attend to the most urgent and emergency cases. In that case, they can pressure executives and the government to invest in the research and development of the product.
