1. Produce a report for the management team of the company that describes the strategic position of the firm operations highlighting the uncertain and ambiguous international business environment. (MLO1)

2. Critically, evaluate the dynamic nature of the international business environment and how this might influence the development of a strategy for the firm's position in their current or potential global market and competition. (MLO2) AOL 2 Data Collection point.

3. Develop a potential business strategy for the firm using an array of strategic management tools that are appropriate for an SME operation. (MLO3)
