Your analysis should include 15-20 questions designed to gather information on the types of task and responsibilities for this position. • The paper must be between 450 - 500 words, using double-spaced, Times New Roman font.

• The content must be original and demonstrate your ability create a PAQ for the position of a training and development specialist.

• The paper's last paragraph will have the heading LESSONS LEARNED in which you will generalize what you have learned from the week's research and readings.

• Your research must use a minimum of two outside resources appropriate for academic research. Do not use the textbook as a source.
