DeviceNetProgramming using CLX

Objective:
• DeviceNet Configuration& Programming
• Programming and configure 1794 AND point IO (FlexIO)
• Using the DeviceNet and Ethernet side by side to achieve the target

Procedures:
1. Using the following controllers one at a time:CLX IP:142.55.112.211, and CLX IP:142.55.112.250, then come up with the following requirements
• The Offline Network Graph
• The Master/Slave Config
• The Scan List
• The Input Addresses Table
• The Out Addresses Table

2. Using both Flex IO and Stack light to develop a plc programm to control the five PLs in the stack light by using the switches connected to the input modul of the remot IO, this is a direct example of using the DeviceNet in industrial application.

3. Establish an enternet connection to send a message from controller 162, to the Flex IO Out bit number 3 on controller 211, using Produce/Consum protocol, you may need to reviwe the pervious course for the P/C protocol.

4. Using controller 250, and by the use of DeviceNet node #02 (PushButton Station), Node # 22 LS, and lastly #20 (Stack Light), come up with ladder diagram to control PL using SW1, add the following to your considration
• Turn the Scanner ON
• Press the SW1 to turn PL on, and LS to turn it off.
• You should press SW1 for 10 sec to turn on the light
• If you preesed SW1 for more than 15 sec without being able to turm the load on, raise a fault bit, and turn on fault indicator, Yellow Flasing.
