He presented a plan to develop production tools, and develop the skills of workers through a specific training plan that would save 30% of the production cost, and produce health supplies that meet the needs of the market, especially in light of the Corona pandemic (COVID-19), but he was surprised by the refusal of the Director General, Mr. "Abdul Rahman." ", to the plan before implementing it and asked him not to waste time and money on plans that may not succeed, and to think about renewal and development because the methods and methods in which they work bring them a good percentage of profits.
Mr. Sultan tried to convince the general manager, especially in light of competition and market requirements, but he did not succeed in that, and after several months the company began to lose part of its market share, and profits took a sharp decline that threatened the company's survival in the market, forcing the general manager, Mr. "Abdul Rahman" To resign, as Eng. Sultan was appointed as the general manager of the company in order to work on restructuring the company to face the crisis that the company is experiencing.
