Question - Mr Steve Watkins (the suspect) is one of the purchasing officers at the purchasing department in Greenwood Company (a manufacturing company) in Australia. The company president has had received many anonymous tips (e.g. through fraud hotline and a letter). The tips have indicated that Mr Watkins has been receiving illegal payments (bribes) from some suppliers doing or seeking to do business with the company, in return for favouring these suppliers. The management of Greenwood, including the company president, ask you, as a forensic accountant, to investigate this situation.
