We can plan the best program surrounding stress management, but if our participants are all relaxed and chill folks, then our program will be worthless to them. What do people NEED?

• Why are you assessing them? What do you want to find out?

Pick a sector (school staff, hospital staff, or worksite staff) and use the information from your text, and from the links provided to draft a plan to assess health needs.
