1. Develop a personal health and wellbeing strategy which can be applied throughout your work or your studies.
Document your strategy below, considering:
- The different factors which have an impact on your health and wellbeing your personal and/or workinglife
- The different resources you could access to make your strategy effective
- The timescale you are working to
- The legislative responsibilities of yourself and your workplace.
2. Present your strategy to a small group of your peers. Outline your key aims, and which types of factors you hope to address.
3. Over a suitable period of time (agreed with your instructor), implement your strategy as appropriate.
Throughout the process, keep a diary documenting your progress. Your diarymust provide evidence that you have:
- Followed the necessary steps to implement your strategy
- Reflected on the implementation process along the way, considering factors which have gone well andfactors which may not have gone to plan
- Addressed any issues appropriately, seeking to keep your strategy on track.
To provide evidence that you have done the above; diary entries may be daily, weekly, etc. as appropriate to the goals you have set and the time period of implementation. All diary entries should be dated, and provide adequate detail.
After the time period has ended, reflect on the implementation process of your strategy and produce report.
Your report should include:
- A breakdown of the implementation process
- An analysis of the strategy's success in terms of reaching your goal
- A consideration of any circumstances which had an impact on your health/wellbeing which youweren't aware of when you originally created your strategy.
