The COVID-19 pandemic is affecting individuals, families, communities, societies and economies. A Total Quality organisation, recognising the impact of the ongoing pandemic on its employees, decided to develop an initiative to extend support to its employees during this challenging period.
To maximise its resources and ensure that the support provided was appropriate, the organisation first conducted a survey to determine the challenges faced by employees. Table 1 shows the results of a survey of 200 employees.
