Description - Nurse Practitioner/Advanced Nursing/Midwifery or Mental Health Practice and Service Development Research and design SCOP and service model inclusive of evaluation framework.
This assessment item requires you to build on assessment task two, to develop a Nurse Practitioner / Midwifery/ Advanced Practice Scope of Practice and Service Model/Model of Care inclusive of evaluation framework contextualised to your clinical area and community. You will present this work in a report style (scholarly essay) which would be suitable to present to senior management in support of a Nurse Practitioner / Midwifery / Advanced Practice Nursing service to be implemented within your organisation.
Report structure - The report must include the following sections:
To develop your scope of practice, service model and evaluation framework you will need edit your original search strategy, from assessment task 2. You do not need to include your search strategy in this report. You do need to reference throughout. References will not be counted in the word limit.
Total 1600 words (No more than 2000 words).
