A well establishe-CRM infrastructure must enable one to:

i. Integrate multiple customer contact points
ii. Define new business processes and data
iii. Add new system applications and components
iv. Support multiple users simultaneously
v. Add new data sources

Explain the above what are they and how they can benefit an e-CRM in e-commerce.

Develop a new web site for New Era Vocational Institution or New Era University College. Answer the following.

i. Identify all the features of eCRM in the existing web site.
ii. In your opinion, which of the features are considered advantages and why?
