Your boss came to you and told you there might be a problem with the Realtor sign design that the company is using and it's placement in client's yards. She was at the coffee shop and a woman said "I just listed my house with Century 21 because I just love their pretty black and gold signs. I thought about listing my house with your company but your signs just look plain and generic and I didn't want that to reflect negatively on my executive home when prospective purchasers drive by and see your plain and generic sign in my yard. I also have seen instances in my neighborhood where your agents have placed signs in locations that blocked the view of traffic and also impeded pedestrian foot traffic. I felt like the placement of your signs has never been very civically minded".

Review The 4 Ps of "The Marketing Mix" (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) discussed in Chapter 1: Basic Business Concepts.
