An employee who works on the loading dock recently earned the Project Management Institute's Certified Associate Project Manager (CAPM) designation. The employee wants to join your project team. However, the loading dock supervisor has not approved this assignment. The loading dock supervisor indicated that resources on the loading dock are already constrained and has expressed a lack of support to change warehouse operations.
