Strategic Plan

The goal of the 10- to 12-page Final Paper is to develop an actionable strategic plan that can be implemented in a real estate-related business. This Final Paper should include the following critical elements you have worked on throughout the course. These elements should be the main headings in your paper, developing each in detail based on your Week 4 outline and what you studied during Week 5.

• Develop a mission and vision statement
• Produce an environmental scan analysis
• Conduct competitive advantage analysis
• Analyze market segmentation
• Prepare a financial analysis
• Analyze internal controls
• Recommend implementation strategies
• Evaluate measurable outcomes

Your paper will need to include a title page, a reference page, and in-text citations properly formatted according to the APA style guide. Also, your content should be eight to ten pages, which does not include your reference or title page. You will need to include at least five scholarly sources from the Ashford Library in your paper as part of your research to support your analysis.

Writing the Final Paper

The Final Paper:

1. Must be 10 to 12 double-spaced pages in length (not including the title and reference pages), and formatted according to APA style as outlined in the Ashford Writing Center.

2. Must include a cover page that includes:
a. Title of paper
b. Student's name
c. Course name and number
d. Instructor's name
e. Date submitted

3. Must develop the strategic plan with critical thought, using headings and spreadsheets as appropriate, to provide clarity and structure to the paper.

4. Must use at least five sources appropriate to the development of a real estate-strategic plan.

5. Must document all sources in APA style, as outlined in the Ashford Writing Center.

6. Must include a separate reference page, formatted according to APA style as outlined in the Ashford Writing Center.
