1. After meeting with Tom, you have coached Tom to a realization of his original vision and mission for Sun City Boards: "To set people free from the earth . . . free to ride the waves." As you learned in this module, there are three foundational statements: Mission, Vision, and Values. Tom's original vision serves as a great starting point for a values statement.

Reflect on what you learned in this module and propose a statement of values for Sun City Boards that is consistent with Tom's stated vision and mission.

Scenario

2. As part of your ongoing advisory/coaching engagement with Sun City Boards, you are working with Tom on the development of strategic planning documents. You are scheduled to meet with him to develop a SWOT analysis later this week. You've offered to compile a few questions to stimulate thought and jump-start the process.
