The organization has a total of ten employees including you. Now, the CEO of the company is trying to create a KPI and performance review system for those employees. He asked me to create and plan the total performance management system for the company.

Question: research and think about the planning process. As part of the task, you must create:

1. Develop a KPI system for employee performance, which will be monitored and updated weekly, and very much intended to meet the business target.
