1. Develop a letter of introduction to a community business (on your organization's letterhead). Introduce yourself and your organization. The purpose is to help the employer to build an association between the name of your organization and services you offer.

2. Develop a flyer to target specific businesses. Organizations can develop a variety of flyers to meet the targeted needs of a community labor market. Select one target area in your community and develop a flyer that describes your services and how you can serve their needs.

3. Develop a brochure that is attractive, informational and clearly describes your organization's employment services. Keep employers in mind.
