Given that these conditions often present in older children and adolescents, you will, as a mental health professional, prepare a presentation for a group of middle and high school teachers on the condition you identified.

To begin, select a body-focused or behavioral disorder or gender dysphoria. Once you have identified your specific disorder, you will develop a brief educational presentation (PowerPoint or Prezi) that you would use during a teacher-staff in-service workshop to review the signs/symptoms of the condition, ways to approach a student, teacher, or staff member who may be struggling with the condition you selected, and an overview of the current best treatment recommendations.
