Assessment - A Personal Leadership Narrative

As an aspiring, beginning or experienced educational leader you have a unique blend of experiences, skills, and values that inform your approach to educational leadership. Understanding these informs your leadership practices as an educational leader. Your task is to develop a digital story that answers the question "who am I as an (aspiring, beginning or experienced) educational leader and why

TASK: There are two components that must be submitted with this task:

1) 8-10 audio-visual digital story; and

2) a written script of your digital story including a reference list

Once you have completed your script and digital story, upload to the Moodie eLearning site in two files

Digital story- this can be uploaded as a MP4 or PPT with audio but can be no larger than 100MB. Alternatively, you can publish your digital story on YouTube (unlisted) or Zoom (save to Cloud) and submit the link as part of the written component.

Script- uploaded as a Word or PDF and include the 1000-1200 script and reference list.
