Case Study: As the Assistant HR Manager in your 11,000-member Golf Club, you have been given the task of reviewing the Staff Appraisal procedures; this is all a part of the upgrading of the HR department under the new HR Manager. The previous appraisal structure has been used for a good number of years but as the Club increases its activities, more members of staff have been employed.
