Assignment -

Instructions: Develop a custom plugin for an assignment extension for Moodle (academic project). No problem if developing exist plugin or a create a new one.

Must be a Moodle plugin -

Must allow an association with an assignment in Moodle (even better if it could be any assessment, but assignments will do)
Students must be able to enter a requested due date, reaso n for extension request, and upload evidence to support the request. At least due date and reason must be mandatory
Teacher should be able to approve or reject the request through the plugin, giving a reason if the request is rejected
Email notifications to teachers when a new request is entered by a student, and to students when a request is approved or rejected

The idea of project:

1- Create block in unit page called: Assignment requests or orders or requests.

2- Student will press add request button.

3- Student will fill the request information.

4- Teacher will get email notification about new request.

5- Teacher will approve or reject with write comments.

6- Student will receive email notification about approve or reject request.

7- Teacher will add exception for student with new date in assignment management manually.
