a. Each group member will develop a concept map per each of their chosen concepts.

b. The group member will Provide a concise explanation for each of their concept maps (be mindful to incorporate its connection/utility to the HR function).

c. Each group member will also develop reflective paragraph describing how/why they developed their respective concept map along the lines chosen (tip: useful to show how it illuminates the HR connection. Note: Students who have been able to connect the HR link to the chosen company situation (current or past) usually find it easier to develop and explain their concepts
