Think about
Business values & priorities

What is working well? What are the challenges & areas in need of attention?
Internally and externally

What are the organisational objectives?

Overall, i.e. what is the business all about?
What are the values & priorities? How do they wish to carry out the business?
Any specific/ urgent objectives?

Any issues/ questions about identifying the organisational objectives?
Anything you found difficult?

Do you understand the difference between
Organisational objectives (the goal - where does the company want to get to)
Strategy (the overall plan - how to get there)
Tactics (the detailed actions that will be taken to make the plan work)

Now, building on your analysis, begin to think about relevant strategy & tactics

Then
Agree times to meet as a team ASAP and create a schedule for the next week
Our experience shows that for you to perform well, you will need to work closely together over the next week, and meet several times
