What are you required to do? For this assignment, you are required to develop a complete detailed Business Venture Plan. Use the templates below under Resources to plan this assignment.

You may add appendices that are additional to this word count and support your main text. This will be built and developed from your experience with developing your Pitch.

You are to apply skills and knowledge of the learning from this unit and from prior MBA units to build the unique business value of your venture and capture this in a Business Plan for review and assessment.

In particular, you will need to exhibit appropriate research and analysis skills at the postgraduate level (e.g. proficient industry/ market research using relevant databases found on the university's library

You should devise a suitable format that is based upon established practice and delivers key information clearly to readers and assessors.

Step 1: Please make sure only ONE member from each team submits the assignment. There are 2 parts (1) the complete Business plan including the financial statements and appendices; and (2) the Excel spreadsheets which you use to do the financial analysis
