Description - Through careful analysis, engaging in a case study enhances the opportunity for the researcher to link cause and result. The researcher can acquire significant information about a partial phenomenon, situation, organizational issue, or general issue. In this assignment, you will partially develop a case study to address a segment of a problem related to organizational culture in health care. You may use an idea related to your research interest, but the focus must remain on the major concepts discussed during the first three topics of this course including the assessment of organizational culture, the development of shared values, or collaboration and integration of diverse ideas.
Directions - Write a paper in which you partially develop a case study to address a segment of a problem related to organizational culture in health care. Include the following in your paper:
A clear research-supported statement of a segment of a problem that will be addressed by the case study (Organizational culture)
A discussion of how the extant literature supports the need for this research. How is the research gap formulated by the extant literature?
At least three research questions that relate to the problem and are appropriate for a case study design.
