She is currently living in Mount Martha with relatives, but she left Ukraine without her 16-year-old daughter, who works in the public service and was required to stay. Although the Australian Government has approved Visas for Ukrainians, fleeing the war, leaving her daughter suddenly has left Dasha emotionally overwhelmed. Dasha has come in to see you today for assistance and advice with connecting to other Ukrainian people and reuniting with her daughter.

Develop a case management process to meet the client's needs and which facilitates the client to set goals and participate in their case management
