Develop a business plan for an entrepreneurial venture of your choice

1. The business venture has to be original (not an existing one)

2. Review Appendix 4A of your textbook: Checklist for a small business plan (pg. 142)

3. Select one of the Business Plans templates shown in Appendix 4B of your textbook (pg. 144) or develop your own. If you use a template from another source please cite the source on your plan.

4. Areas developed on your business plan must include the following:

• Business mission, vision and objectives

o Market segmentation

Based on your industry, you need to know what are the characteristics of the market, you need to find out what are the trends (what people want), how can you divide the market (segments): and you need to choose your segment (market segmentation). you need to know how much competition you have, how they sell and how are their sales. Market forecast is the projected number of your potential costumers.
