Question - Develop a brief Balanced Scorecard for a prospective company that you might start.

Your first paragraph should include a full description of your proposed company. You should add a second paragraph that provides its mission or vision, product or service you will provide, as well as who some of the key stakeholders will be. Once you have outlined the organization, your final paragraph should create a balanced scorecard for the company in which you identify one objective (for each of the four perspectives in the BSC Approach) as well as two metrics for each of those objectives. Explain how each objective aligns with the mission of the organization, as well as how the metric helps to measure the corresponding objective.
