Student-consultant teams will provide recommendations and develop an actionable branding and marketing strategy plan with the following components:

1. Introduction:
• Market insights (based on available secondary data and primary data with convenient sampling) on needs for e-commerce platform. Discuss from a supplier and consumer side.

2. Brand Audit:
Discuss/develop a brand identity and positioning for the brand.
• brand identity matrix
• brand elements - brand name, logo, taglines, colors, typography, images, etc.

3. Integrated Marketing Communication Plan
• IMC objectives including core target markets discussion (e.g., direct - brands/companies; indirect - general public, consumer awareness for pull strategy)
• An IMC to promote the new brand
o a digital strategy
o a social media campaign with sample creatives
